I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

If you’re unable to locate a main valve to turn off, then you can try turning on all the cold water taps inside and outside the home to depressurise the pipework and minimise the leak.

Once that’s sorted, give our team a ring, whatever the day or time is. We will be with you rapidly to fix the leak.

While you are waiting for the plumber to arrive, clear away any important things close to the leak, and mop up any water or place a container to catch any drips. If you have turned the mains water off, also switch off the heating for the hot water as well.

Help, I don’t know where the main water shutoff valve is!
